With the passing of Missouri Senate Bill 63, homeschool students now have expanded opportunities to participate in athletics at public and private schools. This means more access, more competition, and more pathways to success for dedicated athletes looking to take their game to the next level.
For the 2025-2026 season, we invite homeschool athletes to join us in softball, boys soccer, and football. Whether you're refining your skills or preparing for collegiate athletics, Jaguars Athletics is the place to grow.

Position Overview the Head Football Coach will be responsible for creating a dynamic football program from the ground up. As the key architect of our new program, this leader will recruit and mentor student athletes, promote TDW Academy's academic success, and build a team that thrives on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to establish and grow the high school football program.
- Recruit prospective student athletes at a high level, ensuring the program has the necessary team size to compete effectively.
- Actively engage with prospective student athletes, showcasing TDW Academy's academic achievements and the opportunities available both academically and athletically.
- Build and nurture relationships with local schools, communities, and youth sports organizations to identify and attract talented athletes.
- Create and oversee a training regimen that fosters skill development, teamwork, and discipline.
- Serve as a mentor and role model to student athletes, emphasizing sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success.
- Collaborate with school administration to ensure alignment between the athletic program and the academy's mission and values.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a football coach, preferably at the high school level, with a track record of building successful programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate student athletes and staff.
- Excellent communication and recruiting skills, with a talent for identifying and nurturing potential in student athletes.
- Commitment to promoting academic excellence alongside athletic achievement.
- A passion for football and a dedication to the development of young athletes both on and off the field.
